My Father-in-Law’s Bible

Maybe you’ve heard the saying, “A Bible that’s falling apart usually belongs to someone who isn’t.”  Take a look at this one! The kids and I visited their Grandpa Barbee yesterday, and Tim took a few photos. It’s a reminder to me that we should all be committed to reading God’s word. “Lord, help us to read and remember your word. Help us to listen when you speak and to really hear you. I pray that our pastors would faithfully teach us what you want us to hear and learn.  Help us to understand what we read and learn from it. And keep us faithful.”
