The Lamb Revealed

On June 27-28 Dr. Robert Lowery, a New Testament professor from Lincoln Christian College, will be at our West Campus to preach and lead a seminar on the Book of Revelation.  He has authored a book entitled Revelation’s Rhapsody and is considered to be an authority on the subject. Revelation is probably one of the most confusing books of the Bible, and also the one that attracts the most questions. Pray for Bob as he travels to Suncrest this weekend, but more importantly pray for those who will be hearing him and God’s word through him. Pray for clarity and understanding. Pray for open hearts and minds. I think one thing we need to pray for as well, is that no matter what one’s view is on the Book of Revelation, pray that we all would worship the God the book reveals to us.
