Love a Parade!

I walked (and sometimes ran!) alongside the Suncrest float in the Hobart parade today. Saw some co-workers, and probably several people who would recognize me from HD. Do I walk my talk so that someone would actually want to go to church where I go? Hmmm…. “Lord, I pray that our witness would be pure. I pray that we would always behave the way you would want us to, and always do the right thing, so that you would be pleased with us, and that we would grow to be like you. We pray that others would come to know you and that in some way we could be a part of that step of faith through our witness. We pray for the seeds that we scattered along the parade route today, and for the conversations we had. We pray for open hearts and open minds to hear your word through us at Suncrest. Thanks for being there for us.”
